Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
